Hi guys, I need some help with a Dell laptop. OOne of my mates has a dell laptop which he wants to wipe clean and reload windows on it. I think the reason being is that he has some kind of virus on it and he wants to start again rather than try and get shut of the virus. He has asked me to help out. I have installed both xp and vista on my pc at home but because his windows is built in, how do I go about re-installing windows???? Any help on this will be very much appreciated
