hi guys my mate has a Dell Latitude D620 laptop, it has built in Bluetooth & Wireless for the internet. The problem is he can't access these.I've checked the bios and states that both are enabled.

in the control panel there isn't anything there for his wireless or his bluetooth etc. does this mean he might have to install drivers for these from the dell site??

any help to get these drivers would be great and any other help would be great

    thanx

One more thing. Have you checked Device Manager? It should tell you if all the drivers are installed or not.

You need to make sure the devices are actually in the laptop.
Just because they are enabled in the bios doesn't mean they are in the laptop.

The cards are installed under the keyboard. Remove the keyboard bezel
(it just snaps in place)then remove the three screws holding the keyoard.

never assume that something enabled in the bios that it will be installed as not all drivers are in windows or are newer then windows.
