okay, so everytime i load my dads laptop, it gives a screen after the windows sign saying i might have a hardware issue or something, and i dont have the recovery disc, so how do i fix this screwed up laptop?
Can you post here what the error says please. Also, try tapping F8 after turning on the pc until you get a screen of boot options, choose "last known good configuration", there's a chance that might work if it's not a hardware fault.
