In torrents or in Seeders. Torrents=8.8/10, Seeders=7.0/10 Overall Good.

Demonoid is kind of an intersection, a mix, between both private and public trackers. It relates to public trackers because it allows the end user to upload and share with the community without the need of being appointed 'Uploader' status first. But its also considered a private tracker because it obviously requires registration, and also keeps the users activity logged and recorded in a way of a ratio.

Speaking of the quality that Demonoid provides, its alright. The speeds of "new" releases need improvements when compared to other 'private' sites, but I wouldn't complain about it that much; might take an extra day or two. The speeds of the torrents themselves are also kept to a minimum. You rarely get full bandwidth on Demonoid, well at least from my own personal experience. The seeding ain't all that great as well. Many hit and runs on torrents, again, from personal experience. But Demonoid is backed up by massive user-uploaded content, which is always a plus; takes some of the hassle out of finding a specific material.

If you want a peek into the world of Demonoid, I believe they open registrations every Friday (not sure if they still do though), so you may judge for yourself. Creating an account wouldn't hurt, it will just take away a few spare minutes of your time. Also, registrations are restricted to Canadian visitors due to the recent lawsuit.
