I am a law enforcement offical trying to move from analog to digital. I am trying to set up a system that will allow me to take a multiplexed VHS or S-VHS tape (multiple video inputs)from various retail security systems and demultiplex the videos into separate data streams. Any advice from anyone who has a better clue than I?

Well.....I assumed windows and MAN did that feature take a long time to find. It's called "zoom n pan" and is a feature of Camtasia. Capture video first and then use this:

    It aint cheap tho!!

(not takin anymore challenges for a while...I'm exhausted!!)
