i have a couple of times previous but nothing has worked as yet, my p.c wont shut down sometimes it takes 10 mins other times not at all,i dont have any programs running on shutdown, i get ccapp not respondind then aoldial not responding so i have to turn it off at the mains which cant be doing it any good, i have run all my spyware programs, norton,spy doctor, microsoft anti spyware and nothing,i did download something that asked if i wanted to restart my pc, i clicked on yes and it did it instantly. please can any of you help
ive had this problem before mate the best thing to do really is an xp repair installation takes 2 mins & system is sound again you know how to do this dont you???
im sure i read a problem like this on another thread like this a couple of days ago try doing a search and going onto that thread and cing how he mangaed to sort it out mate.
