Wondering if anyone can help!! I am running DVD shrink 3.2 and Any DVD (burning with Nero 7)have backed up dvd's before with no issue BUT I have just purchased three new disney movies (and having a three year old the originals dont last long) so I am trying to back them up!! But I keep getting an error in DVD shrink Comes up with error reading drive a cyclinic redundancy error???? Any help?? The movies are High School Musical, Brother Bear 2 & Eight Below PLEASE ANY ADVICE??????
candle002 Do you have the latest version of AnyDVD and it might be Nero, as Shrink and some Neros do not get along. I use an older version 6.6.0.12 and have never had any problems. You might try an older version. Make sure you have updated AnyDVD to the latest of 6.0.5.1 and you should not have trouble in doing those movies. What exactly is your process of backing up ur DVD movies?? And yes make sure you have your AnyDVD up to date.
