the thing is... people come along and post these logs WITHOUT even attempting to understand them in the hope somebody else will... guess what.. check a thread exactly the same from a couple of days ago.. it has a link to the hjt online check facility.. http://www.hijackthis.de/ so instead of just posting pointless logs why not look at the other topics and see if anything matches what you are experiencing... because everybody but me has given up walking lazy ass n00bs through all this junk time after time.. no reason why or what wants fixing.. crap.. I could do a grep | tail and post 400 pages of full system logs and ask people for help.. but unless they have some idea what I need help with.. symptoms or problem.. there ain't much to start from.. Hi tbaxter99, Your log is not in very bad shape, just minor problems. Maybe this will be of some help: Step # 1: Remove Hijackthis Entries • Run HijackThis • Click on the Scan button • Put a check beside all of the items listed below (if present): F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell= O1 - Hosts: 204.194.182.146 ttgnt2 O1 - Hosts: 204.194.182.146 ttgnt2.ttgva.com O1 - Hosts: 204.194.182.134 ttgnt1.ttgva.com ttgnt1 O1 - Hosts: 204.194.182.151 red5.ttgva.com red5 O1 - Hosts: 204.194.182.140 red3 O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file) O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - blank (file missing) O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Sun Java Console - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - blank (file missing) O16 - DPF: {4871A87A-BFDD-4106-8153-FFDE2BAC2967} (DLM Control) - http://dlm.tools.akamai.com/dlmanager/ve...vex-2.2.5.0.cab • Close all open windows and browsers/email, etc... • Click on the "Fix Checked" button • When completed, close the application. Step # 2: Run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
