Once Shrink has completed and ready to write to disc, I get the following error message: Device control (FSCTL lock volume)failed. Device- Phillips DVD+RWDVD86ol Unable to lock volume for exclusive access. Reason:Access denied. Then it gives the choice of selecting either abort, retry or ignore. When I select "ignore" then Decrpter will continue on and write to the disc sucessfully. This is an intermittent problem and happens about every 3rd or 4th movie I copy (some new some old DVD movies). Corrective actions thus far are, I upgraded to version 3.5.4.0, rebooted several times and defragged, uninstalled/reinstalled Decrypter software. Still no help.Any suggestion greatly appreciated.

I believe that means some other program was trying to use the drive, and is trying to keep the drive to itself. Try shutting down all other programs when burning. You get the same kind of error if you try to move or rename a music file while playing it. Some other program is interfering with Shrink.
