Did anyone get banned with just a Live Silver account????

I was just curious, has anyone who has just got an Xbox Live Silver account been hit by the ban hammer????

 

im on silver,and been ok,i think you need to be playing on live.but you can only do that on gold.

 

I have a silver account as well, and I asked this question on another board with no responses.

I have heard people say they were banned and never played
any backups online. But, they never said if they have a gold
account. And never said if they were lying!

Even with my silver account, going out to xbox.com shows the
games that I've played under my gamertag. I have never played any games on Live with a gold account. I'm not banned......yet!

 

Hey what 360 console do you have, like what drive is in your console? Also, when you flashed your console did you unplug the video cable to avoid the sata cable unplug log?

 

I have an Elite, swapped out the Hitachi 79FL with a Sammy I had from a RROD box. Flashed with ixtreme 1.4 12x and spoofed.

No, didn't do the video cable thing.

 

Yeah, one of my 2 Elites were banned and I was on a silver account at the time. It was usually gold though.

 

I never had a gold account to play games online, except the free 3 months that came with the Elite, but I never played on live during that time.

 

Im planning to get a new 360 as mine went banned then RRoD but I plan to either chance my account to silver or just get a new one, that way at least I lower the risk of being caught but I will never again play a game early.
