I was looking to get a R4DS and was reading about them on their forum, then the other day I noticed that their site and forum was down and I could not get on. Did something happen to the company? Is it safe to get one now?
I was thinking the same thing, I have 2 R4DS's and was having problems with the micro sd card in one of them. I couldn't get access to the forums, i was getting a error saying access forbidden?. I would say its safe to still get one. http://www.r4ds.cn is still and running.
the forums are down, the .com and .cn sites are still up, and if you need to contact them, use the sales and support email addresses listed in their contact page. they havent shut down, they just have some issues with one of their servers.
