difference between 8.02 and 8.04

    just wondering whats the difference between firmware 8.02 and 8.04 ?? should i update for the the sake of it . . thanks people

    The 8.04 was brought out to sort out a few small problems, eg, the 0% updating problem.
    If you`re happy with the 8.02, then theres no need to change it.
    Its entirely up to you ;)

    ahh ..so instead of you having to update on certain channels it will update on allot more than just sly 2 and a few others ??

    you can try updating on Sly 2. Discovery Turbo, Sly Movies Indie, it generally has to be a good strong signal to click in!

    is there any way to tell which channel has a good strong signal on sv3

    When you switch channels, you`ll see the green bar in the bottom left hand corner.
    The higher the bar, the stronger the signal.

    will have a look at that, I've flashed a few different sv for mates and found the AU can take some time, I've just been channel hopping and then it comes on, dont no if this was just pure luck or a certain channel I've landed on, will the sig button on remote do to tell me if its a strong channel?

    The sig button will also tell you the signal strength, but i prefer the other option meself.
