When ISO's are compresed into CSO's whats the catch?.
whats the differnce.
just the size of file.
iso-big cso-compress file
there's the possibility of lag when in cso. you have to mess with the compression level settings to find a balance between size and playability. most games will work when compressed at level 9.
example: crisis core. i've used it in the iso format, which was 1.7gigs. after using umdgen4.0 to compress it to cso with level 9 compression, it went down to 1.2gigs. fmv still plays with no lags, but loading times are a smidge slower than the iso format. it's still liveable.
