Difference LCD TV monitor, LCD Monitor with TV

    Can someone explain the difference between having a monitor with a T.V. tuner and having a T.V. that you can use as a monitor. Beside having the tuner in the tower, what can be so different with having the tuner in the T.V..

    I beleive the difference is resolution. Monitor has better resolution and refresh rate than TV.
