Different audio sampling rates

    Trying to merge two avi files together and get a message that the audio streams have different sampling rates. Could cause errors while merging, etc. Looked at them using AVIMedic and one of the files has some fake data in addition to the real data. Tried an avi repair and program would not start. Any help. Thanks.
