Whats the different between these DDR MODULES:

DDR
DDR ECC
DDR REG/ECC

Or the ulra quick definition:
DDR = stuff consumers use
DDR REG and DDR REG/ECC = stuff that Socket940/server owners use

So if i dont have Socket940 ore server i should just go for ddr?

if standard motherboard get ddr if your board is set up for it as some have sdram dimms & others have both ddr & sdram dimms
