    Hey guys,

I live over seas and we have satelite tv. The only thing is, is that there is a main reciever, which uses a smart card, and whatever channel is on that reciever, is the channel that is seen throughout the house. For any of you who know what I'm talking about, could anybody tell me a way, if there is any, on how to watch different channels in every room?

Yeah, but each reciever needs a smart card. So wouldn't I have to pay a seperate bill for each smart card? That would mean I would have to pay more than 5 times what I pay now.

but i don't want to change sattelite providers. All i want to do is just to have different tv channels in different rooms. But it seems that I have to have a reciever in each room that I want there to be tv. But wouldn't there have to be a smart card in each reciever, and if so, wouldn't i have to pay another bill each month for each smart card?

so you go to eBay and pick up some receivers that are the same model as yours with the smartcard included. the satellite company never knows and you get all the stuff you want...but with 5, you may need to purchase an amp to pump up the signal.

Well, I am in the Middle East, and I subscribe to a sattelite network called "showtime" the url is www.showtimearabia.com so I think it might be difficult to buy a smart card for this network online since i am in the middle east.

Well, isn't it the same as the satellite company? If it is, then it is called showtime. But it may be called Nilesat, but i'm not sure.

Well, I found a site that sells showtime smart cards online, but they're a bit pricy. Considering I'm in the middle east, I'm sure I can just go on the streets and find some. But let me get this all straight... from what your saying, couldn't I just find smart cards from other satellite compainies and put them in my reciever and get free channels.

No one said anything about Illegal Activity.. You asked how can you watch 2 different channels on 2 different TVs... We all Answered by getting another Receiver & card.....
    From your Satelite provider......

If you're asking for Illegal reasons.. Don't ask.. Read the Forum Rules
