Digital box hook up

    Hello

    I just received a digital converter box, i have a VCR ,DVD player also
    I hooked up the box and DVD player ok but i cant seem to get the VCR to play , there is no signal on the screen,i think its a RCA connection problem. Is there a simple way to hook it up
