digital in portarlington

    Hi all, i checked http://www.upc.ie/television and they say i have digital tv at my house, however when i run a complete scan from my digibox "the box" it says no channels found!!
    please help,

    plug the cable connection directly into the tv and check you have a signal...

    Some areas of Portarlington are still analogue.

    we have analogue tv already so there is no signal problem, when i entered my details on the n*l site the confirmed i have digital, is there any codes i need to enter before i perform a scan?

    They say things but are you sure? Is the box flashed? Even if it isnt you should still pick up the FTA channels.
