Hi, I have recently purchased one of those i-pod nano clone things but cant get music on it. I am running windows xp but when i plug usb in to my laptop i get msg saying that its unrecognisable hardware I have the cd that came with it but cant make any sense out it, can anyone help me. Is it broke or do i need to do anything.
Yes, i have one of them, made by luckystar. Make sure you have usb 2.0 on your laptop or that the usb port on your laptop isnt nackered!
