digivox channels lost ireland????

    hey there slowly but surely im losing my channels from setanta sports and now sky movies still have a couple of sky movies so i tried factory reset and the usual stuff but it still says scrambeled or bad channel my friends are the same i was told something about nagra 3 maybe its something to do with that can anybody help plz!!
