Digivox Factory settings/locked on menu page

I lost my channels today and my wife usually deals with the code changing,but she is out for the night.From memory i thought you had to go factory settings...and then enter 0000..But when i did this a message saying "Press ok to delete or to exit" which has then seemed to have locked a few of the options on the menu screen and i cant get away from the menu screen to any channel..

Can any one help me please?

 

Just edited the above thread title,i meant to say its a digivox not a d-box

 

you have to do a channel scan again. factory setting deletes the channels.

in menu press system information then press 1004 on the remote and the secret menu should appear.

 

do what the above says and make sure emu is on

make sure emu is on in that menu too or you can't get all channels.

 

Steo how do i make sure the EMU is on mate?

 

does s*y sports and movie channels work. if not press menu then go to system information and press 1004 and see if emu's on.

 

Mate..I turned the EMU on.

But when i entered 1004 in the system information only 1 line of codes appeared,should it not be 2?

 

yeah. it should say 00 somewhere and you should be able to change it to 01 for the next code. make sure you press ok after entering each to store them.

 

Right..I can make sure 1 code is ok,but i cant find where to put the other code.There isnt 1 already there i can edit,any ideas mate?

 

are you able to put one in under it in the same format but with 01 ant the start or does it say key data 00 somewhere. if so press across on it to see the second code.

 

Steo my apologies mate,I had "NTL" as opposed to telewest.

Mate 1 problem,i had a look at my codes there,stored them,exited the system menu and went back in and it has went back to NTL again.

 

you have to press store on that too but if channels work it doesn't matter.

 

Channels arent working mate...It must be because after i store my supplier as Telewest and make sure the code is ok,after i have stored it and go to a channel,the channel is scrambled when i go back into my nagravision its back to NTL as my supplier mate

 

what firmware is on box?,menu-system info ok-vers???

Even bigger problems now guys..

Today i have been trying to rectify the problem and things have got worse..when i go into the nagravision..Now "telewest" isn't listed...It still has NTL,Polsat etc but no Telewest..does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
