Does anybody else feel that the latest Digivox firmware is not as good as previous ones. I have had scanning problems where it fails to pick up any channels, loss of premium ones because the Default key needed to be pressed. Also channel loss too. Never had so many problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW I'm referring to the 1240 one.
try v1250 for xl and check ur signal and remove any splitters.frequency change also causes lost channels.
Thanks Cacti I wasn't aware that there had been another software update. I have flashed it onto my box and see how it goes. I found it lost all the channels and also would not scan any channels in. Probably the 1240 has been the worst firmware released!!!!!!!!! I still have a Starview box still going strong after 2 years which never skips a beat.
before doing any upgrade factory reset first 0000 to delete,then flash box,scan,set default key,emu to on,exit out. remember no splitters used.
