digivox help

    Please someone help. I have a black digivox xl it worked great for about a year it updated itself ect. the start of dec it went off i have tried to put codes in manually then scanning but i only get the normal cannels the rest have dollar signs beside them. I took it to someone to get it flashed but the box is still the same. I dont know what software was put on it. as i am new to this can you all please help me.

    to check what firmware is on box-menu-system info- vers ????
    current vers are v1240 ,v1250.
    also if u factory reset and scanned switch emu to on-menu-system info-ok1004- key emu to on and exit out.

    hi guys im stumped on this 1 i have 2black an silver digivox both flashed wit 4200 1 box is fine but the other1 wont respond to the remote wen i switch it on the display goes through the motions ie (boot,f-oo etc) then it sticks with on displayed and no output to tv ?????

    This is for Starview, but is basically the same for digivox.
    Downloader 10 instead of GTRom etc.

    hi noely i tried the bad flash but no joy the display still says on whereas the other 1 goes to a channel number

    maybe download a new loader and file remove and delete previous ones

    Thank you for your help but it still doesnt work i tried everything you said but still the same. The sw version ihave on it is v04-1.0001bk ( i think thats what i was meant to look for )
