digivox missing channels

    hi can anyone help me i have digi vox recently all my +1 channels went missing and any other channels tuned into frequency 402000.I have already factory reset it and that did not work any suggestions

    ok u did a full factory reset,and autoscan ur provider,are u scanning from main feed ie coaxial from wall to box for strong signal,not thru splitters or extensions.
