digivox problem updating with 2.8

i just done a transfer from one box to another to upgrade to 2.800 but when it says code updatig its stuck on 0 percent any one got and ideas ive done plenty of digivox this is the bfirst one ive had a problem with any help please ... thanks

 

go to channell 66 does it for me ,it just needs a nudge sometimes,or power off box then on works.

 

yeah had to turn it on and off a few times finally got it ... the only problem im having with 2.800 is the epg is flickering a lot on all the boxes would you reccomend v4 is that any better and working ok
