Digivox scrolling up and down at menu screen

    I have a digivox and it keeps scrolling up and down at the menu screen.
    Can someone tell me what to do to fix this?

    if you think the firmware is faulty,then reflash it with up to date firmware. if the firmware is faulty then this should fix it.

    I am not sure what is causing the problem so I am asking you guys what you think it could be and how to fix it.
