Hey guy's, a lad out of the job asked me to flash his digivox. He's on n*l and he said his box is silver on the bottom and black on the top. I'm hearing conflicting info that the UK fix doesn't work, but that's just hear say as I've never flashed a digivox before. Would the correct firmware be digivox_z_v4200_api.bin and does in work here in Irland. Thanks
Hi Sandisk, your mate's box sounds like the same as mine. I put the UK fix ( digivox_z_v4200_api.bin )on to mine last Thursday. It didn't update after this initially,so I Googled for the c***s and put them in manually.It worked fine after that and as I write it's still up and running.
Hi mate, yes but the codes havn't changed from then so still unsure whether you got your up and running as it should have auto updated rignt away for you once you exited to sly sports ect... When you flased yours, did you get the data updating ? Or what was happening ? Cheers mate
Hiya , the uk fix works , the problem is with getting the box to start to update There are a few ways to do this , by setting the default key after the flash and flicking between stations bbc1 and bbc2 to kick start it, if it stops just flick the stations till it works it out. but my preferred way is to unplug the tv cable and set the default key before the new flash this way the box should start updating straight away with the tv cable back in of course.if it doesnt do the above and be patient.
