Hi Can anyone help? I have a digivox (with firmware) for about 6 months with no problems. I bought a Starview the other day for my other tv and it seemed to be working fine, then on saturday morning the picture started freezing and breaking up,(on both tv's) before going altogether on Saturday afternoon (right in the middle of the Manchester Derby) The screen said "info no signal" and hasn't come back. Is this N*L or what? Has this happened to anyone else? Ihaven't even got terrestrial channels anymore but I'm afraid to ring N*L. Located in Blanch, Dublin
Plug the pipe cable directly into your TV and see if you have normal channels , If not then its nothing to do with the b0xes and a problem with the cable company
