digivox t channel name loss

hi my brother was at the digivox and i had to reinstall the channels for him. but some or now coming up with no name.. any one have this problem or no a possible fix??

 

its a weak signal,factory reset 0000 to delete and scan again and emu to on.do not scan thru splitter or extensions only main feed.

 

how do ya mean factory reset 0000- just type that in the menu..??

 

menu-factory settings-ok 0000 to delete,and continue on .
it will ask for a code so u can delete, the default setting on most boxes is 0000 when it asks u just type it in.

 

oh get ya.. sorry. is this a common problem

 

yes common who wants tv 101 tv 102 etc lol.

 

hi remember this problem i asked about before this has occurred again.. although i tried the reset its still happenin.. ya think i just have to wait til it recieves better signal.

 

sitja . turn emu on . do factory reset , rescan. should be ok then
