hi guys having a few problems with the digivox t. can confirm it works perfect in cork but no hope for it in clonmel. does anybody got one working up there and know anything i can do..? its replacing an itd chor*s box so i think im using the rite style box.. any help welcome.. please..!
not one person here so has succeeded in getting a box to work up in clonmel so?? bad area so for it is it.?
There is a other frequency range in use in clonmel. Try a manual scan via 506, 514, 522, 530, 538 mhz.
so does that mean just go to manual scan an type 506, 514, 522, 530, 538? do i put it in like e.g 506.000 is that all the frequencies or just some? i appreciate you getting back to me too thank you, are you from that area..?
It depends how much numbers you can type in the scan menu at your box. 506 or 506.00 or 506.000. Next is 8 mhz higher or 8.00 or 8.000.
thanks again will try this as soon as possible. its a digivox t im using. can you confirm people had success using theses boxes here?? im hoping its the right box but the subbed box from chor*s has itd so im hoping it is mmds and will some how be able to make it work here. thanks for your time and please get back to me as soon as you have a chance.. thanks.
Clonmel has a cable network with a mmds aerial as feed. They convert the channels to a higher frequency range there than usual. Its normal ch*rus mmds in a higher frequency range. Thats all.
so do you always have to manually scan for channels in clonmel..? did you get my pm.. do ya know those certain frequencies.. thanks alot though, have been very helpful.
Simply start the manual scan with 506 mhz and add 8 mhz for the next scan till you get all available channels.
ya i went up as far as about 650 but got alot of 'no programs found' is mutv and those type available there..
You should get around 85 TV channels. Thats your lot. There is not more space available via ch*rus mmds.
