hi every1.. im new to all this.. i cant seem to update the firmware on my digivox.. the cable im using is usb-rs232 CABLE.. MY laptop is runnin on vista. im downloading a .bin file plus the downloder10.. i open downloader 10 then browse for the .bin file.. i click it and nothing happens.. shortly after this a box comes up and says "flash file error. can anybody put me right as i havent got a clue what im doing!!
many people are having problems with vista and usb devices,much easier if you have a pc with xp and a serial port and a null modem cable.
cactkid.. i used my mates computer on xp and it worked but i downloaded v4.3 and it doesn't scan anything when i put in the codes.. am i better off downloadind v2.8?
