Digivox t installation

    Hey i recently purchased a digivox t for my friend. i am in cork in ireland and i have one already and it works fine. i installed the new one using the same connections as mine and the free to air channels came up which was fine. then i loaded the software to the box and it is like it has wiped the box and will not pick up any channels. any body have any ideas?? many thanks

    have you put the same firmware on it?

    as far as i know the new digibox t has new firmware
    i think that the old firmware was 3.300

    and the new one is 3.330
