   you need downloader10.exe(load your firmware in to your box)the firmware i think is digivox-ter-v33oo.bin(to be sure check the dates and download the newest one)here is a link to where you can find what you need. http://www.4shared.com/dir/3042613/f6e3421c/sharing.html .
