first check if you have any free channels,if you have then check your emu is on.if no free channels and emu is on go into installation and check your signal levels,if they say that you have no signal then first check that all cables and leads or connected at the back of the box and have not come loose.if all is well there press menu then installation and check where it says antenna power(make sure its set for on)if you have checked the above and all is ok and you have a signal and emu and antenna power on and no channels than you may have to flash your box with updated software or you could enter the codes by hand(i cant give you codes but i can point you in the right direction)and i can instruct on how to input codes(but try all the above first and any other advice you may get)also you dont say where you live or what provider(if your in ireland with that box then your on chorus(so if you do a scan make sure provider id says 5e01 if not change it)good luck.
