Digivox xl cannot turn off audio

Hi im a newbie so please be gentle,

I have a Digivox xl and i cannot turn off the audio narration on the movie channels

 

2 options,you can try pressing the audio button and select a different stream or if that does not work you will have to factory reset 0000 to delete,remove any splitters first,auto scan your provider,then set default key and emu or keycode enable/on and exit out.

 

thanks i have already done option 2 this got rid of my duplicate channels and some narration,
How do i do option 1 ive tried the audio button and couldnt see anything that would suggest that it would remove the narration?

you need to press the audio button and select either option on list.
