digivox xl help needed

    just got a digivox xl which i was told was preflashed?
    is this the case with this box? i have installed it on ntl ireland but although it finds 175 channels and their details i can only view a few like RTe. rest say bad signal or info!

    any suggestions??

    Menu > system info
    pin 1004
    Turn emu on & exit back to channels.
