Digivox xl remote control problem

    I have a Digivox XL (black)which has developed a really frustrating problem. More often than not, the remote control will not work. Remote batteries have been changed. I find that sometimes the box responds to a few commands but other times it totally ignores what i command it to do.... really frustrating... any help would be appreciated...

    might be a faulty remote,as in dropped/damaged,do a goggle search skywonder
