Digivox XL V13-3.2000MP

Hi all,

1st off apologies if this is going over old ground for most of you but I'm new to this and just wanted a helping hand. I've got a Digivox XL Black:

I'm trying to install the firmware V1341 onto it via USB adapter/Null cable. I'm using Downloader 10, after clicking download a box appears saying progress but nothing is moving. ITs been on there for 15 minutes now, is this normal?

The first time I did it, it came up with an error message saying "cannot flash file" or something, I've sinced (using a google searches suggestions) restored to factory setings using password 0000, and nothings happening.

Am I on the right lines? Should it take this long to download? and if not what am I doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if its just a point in the right direction,

did you try changing the com port setting from 1-2-3 or4.

Thanks for the reply. COM port 3 is the only one that works (well in a sense that, its the only one the process box appears on when download is clicked) So the others don't work.

Any ideas?!
