Digivox XL

    Hi. I have got a digivox xl and has been working fine for a month or so, but now all of a sudden the channels are all scrambled.

    I have tried to factory reset, and even reinstalled the software version 1230_api.

    I am in the n*l area.

    Please help !!!!

    Where abouts are you, would be a good idea to contact your service provider before changing anything to see if their is any problems in your area?

    Edit: probably closed now but I would try that first before altering anything.

    every time there is a problem dont start reflashing,if u want to reflash it i would use v.1220 as the patch v1230 was only to solve a rebooting problem,if u r box was not rebooting [going off between programs] u dont need it.before u start doing all that factory reset first,0000 to delete,power off box/on autoscan ur provider and when programs found exit out,do this menu-system info-ok1004-key emu to on and exit out of system,if there is a breakdown in ur area u will lose channels.just be patient.

    I have another box in the house and that is working fine. When i do the installation, all the channels are detected but the message comes up as bad channel. i have even done the 1004 emu.

    i would say the box has not updated yet,try this,menu-system info-ok1004-set default key-and exit out of system,box should update.
