    he guys can anyone help me sort out my box it just say scrambled or bad channel

    it may need the firmware updated on it. How long have you had this problem?

    a bit more info about type of box you have , system you are on. was it working ?. people here are not mind readers ;-)

    sorry only new at this its a black and sliver box 2007 digital satellite receiver s/w version v03-2.8000bk its been like this for a few weeks and havent a clue how to sort it any help would be great please

    silver and black box?it could be a eurovov or a digivox! you need to specify which one it is! The name of the box should be on the front of it. If its been down for a few weeks then the likelihood is that the firmwatre needs to be updated. We can't help until you tell us what type of box you have.

    All the boxes went down mid december. I'd say you need to have the firmware updated. That should sort your box out.
