Hi, im completely new to the home theater system stuff so im make this as simple as possible. I have a custom built pc AMD athlon 64 x2 6000+, geforce 8800gt 512mb, 3 gb of ram and its running windows vista ultimate. i wanna connect my direct tv to my pc and watch and record tv on media center but i have read it isnt so easy with satelite. so i was wondering if i can get help with what hardware i will need to buy and set up and how to set it up. thx
i would also like to change the channels with the MCE remote and be able to schedule recordings and most of the channels i want r from 240 to 360 so idk if a tuner can go that high
