How do I get rid of the stupid Director's Commentary on a movie?
There is an option in the movie menu to turn it off, but it ignores it and you have to listen to the constant chatter? We have to watch the movie with the volume off and subtitles on, which is terrible. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what program you are using but it sounds like you kept the wrong audio stream. I suggest keeping the 5.1 audio. Director's Commentary always seems to be a 2 channel stream.

I tried it on the one I copied and it deleted the Directors Commentary, but there was no sound, period.
I looked at the menu and there was 0 audio on this track, so I guess I would have to get the original dvd back and redo.

Yeah on your copy you probably kept just the one audio stream, Director's Commentary. If that is the case you would need the original back to get the 5.1 stream
