We have Dish Network and have noticed on almost all of the channels teh audio is out of synch with the picture. Ihave asked Dish and they are no help. I was going go go to Directv because of this problem, (I used to have Directv with no synch problems) but took up an offer by Dish several years ago. When I tried to quit my service with Dish, they said I signed a new contract when I upgraded to HD about 6 months ago. I do not recall this but it looks like I am stuck with Dish. My question though is what can I do to get everything back in synch?
I would think that they are in breach of their contract if they are not providing the service that you are paying for.
