i was wondering...(never a good sign...) what will the xbox take as far as diskdrives? is there a speed limit so to say.? or do you need certain drives in oreder to play the xbox games. also can you put in a dvd burner. and just about anything else you can think of that i might need to know. i brought my brother in-law a used xbox and softmodded it for him but...well when ever you play something like h2 or farcry or fable...well you get the idea i takes FOREVER to load. and even though i am a fisherman i am not exagerating on this. plz help.
there are only a few that work with the xbox other than the ones Microsoft Released but i know you just cant throw one in there.
why not just order a new xbox dvd drive or new laser for the drive... ? We can fix the drive for ~$40 USD or put a brand new drive in for $60. There are also tutorials on www.xbox-scene.com/tutorials.php on how to install a PC DVD drive in your xbox..
