Hi, go to Services and Applications in Computer management
Click on Services on the right.
Find Logical Disk Manager...there are two
Make sure the first one is started.
Go to the Dependencies Tab and find the services there
    Make sure they are running
    If they aren't start them

    ...see if that helps

Hi, somehow the service or file related to the service is not available...........You can try using system restore to revert your system to an earlier time. You will lose any changes you have made to programs. Restore to a time before the problem started.

Maybe, is it a new installation? If it is you didn't state that in your posts.........
