Haven't seen any myself. Frankly, dismantling the Gamecube is very straight forward process. Just pull out all the screws as necessary like any other piece of hardware and be sure to use the right size Phillips screwdriver or you quickly strip each screw head, especially on the smaller ones. If you have to remove the motherboard, make sure you take out the screws under the heat sink as well. Be careful with the heat sink though, since you risk pulling the processor off the board along with the heat sink since the cooling compound might have created a strong bond between the processor and heat sink together. Also, if you plan on doing this more than once I suggest buying a gamebit if you don't already have one and to replace the security screws with Phillips or some other common type of screws.
