disney channels all gone

all my disney channels have gone gone somebody please help kids are drivin me mad plz

What you mean gone? Pic not sound? Where u based? a bit more info is need

 

Take it your in dublin dave do a manual scan on 291mhz

ok dave cant have the kiddies disapointed on christmas eve,but you'll have to be more specific as in what box you have and are you with n,l or c..rus?

 

ok all no is it"s a 2006 eurovox max series and im ntl

 

Ok go to menu installation user installation go to frequency 291 press ok on the remote and then press manual scan this should get your channels back if not its probably a fault in your area and the channels will come back eventually
