hey.. a friend of mine just woke me to tell me that he was messing around with his display settings and his moniter went black and never came back on... i cant remember how to fix this so any help would cool
Reboot machine and go into safe mode (hit F8 when Windows starts to load) Remove vid card drivers and use the "Standard VGA driver" for your card. Reboot normally, and you should have very lousy rsolution, but you will have an image. Then reinstall your drivers and you should be good to go. Good luck. ~Rich
