The picture converts perfectly but i have no sound. I have converted the sound to Wave using virtualdub and added into TMPGEnc the sound is definately on the wavefile. one thing i have noticed is once encoding has started and i preview ther is no sound is this normal. Can anyone please help.
Now, while TMpgenc is encodeing you will not hear sound, beacause the preview only shows updated frames it has encoded, hope this helps!! Also remeber that when you encode you may have to load the seperate .wav file as well as the .AVI file. otherwise if you just load the avi file it will only encode with video only, and make sure that you select the right option on the side panel (you know the bit where you can load in the templates VCD,SVCD etc..)
